Job Description

To provide administrative support to the Senior Agents by handling case files and by capturing, recording, filing and typing the required enforcement documents.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of case files and all enforcement documents by capturing cases on the telnet system, sending case files to agents and preparing monthly stats reports of complainants’ cases for Senior Agent.
Maintain an efficient and secured filing system and control mechanisms on all newly registered employers and resolved and or completed cases by filing all cases and inspection reports within seven days of receipt from the Designated Agents and Assistant Senior Agents.
Administering of new company registrations by capturing their details on the telnet system, prepare, send and file registration certificates and by preparing reports for the Senior Agent on all new companies that registered.
Provide general office administration support by checking incoming faxes on daily basis and distribute them accordingly, report faulty machines and equipment and arrange and report all maintenance requirements.
Assisting walk in clients by responding to their queries or by putting them in touch with the office agent if required.
