The NBCRFLI's Code of Conduct sets out the ethical principles and standards of behaviour expected from all employees, management, and stakeholders. Council has adopted three distinct Codes of Conduct – for Employees, Councillors and Committee Members, and Service Providers – to ensure that every individual and partner associated with NBCRFLI acts in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
These Codes are rooted in our prescribed values of Accountability, Integrity, Respect, and People Centricity, guiding how we work, govern, and collaborate. They ensure that all interactions and decision-making within the Council are conducted with integrity, fostering trust and respect across the road freight and logistics industry.
